This aluminium round shoring beam is suitable for any anchor combi lashing track with a hole diameter of 25 mm. Horizontal shoring beams are primarily used for rear cargo securing. On one side the shoring beam is adjustable from 1400–1890 mm and on the other it has a spring insert.
How do I apply the shoring beam?
Take the side of the shoring beam with the spring insert, insert it into the anchor combi lashing track and press it together. Then guide the other end of the shoring beam into the opposite tracks and relieve the pressure. Now check the shoring beam for a tight fit and you’re done!
How can I change the range of the shoring beam?
To change the range, you must drive out the cotter pin, ideally with a pin punch, an old matching nut or another suitable tool. After you have removed the cotter pin, you can adjust the inner tube and set it to the required vehicle inner width. Then you have to hammer the cotter pin back in.
