An initial sorting of fittings (end fittings) can be done according to the type of lashing track the fitting is used with. Accordingly, a fitting for airline tracks is significantly different from one for a combi track.
After that, they are roughly categorised into single fittings, double fittings and quattro fittings, which gives a first impression of how much force that can absorb. The single fitting is available in the rich metal version and one with plastic. Its simple design with spring mechanism for locking in an airline track makes it quick to use. For a firmer grip and less rattling, it is recommended to use the version with plastic. The double fitting primarily serves to enable a standard lashing strap to be used in combination with the lashing track. Due to its robust construction, it is fundamentally more durable than the simple lashing track end fitting and therefore designed for higher forces. Thanks to its enormous load capacity, the quattro fitting can also be used on trailers, trucks or box trucks. With its help, optimum lashing possibilities are made possible in conjunction with the lashing track and lashing straps. Since the lashing track is loaded at four points, the applied force is distributed automatically, which enormously reduces the risk of deformation of the lashing track. Furthermore, there are fittings (end fittings) with different attachments, such as screw fittings with nut (clamping wing, screw, nut) or star grip (clamping wing, screw, star grip) or already pre-assembled rings. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the right fitting.
