SLE Step | electric step

The SLE range - A cassette step with an incredibly slim profile for various vehicle types. The SLE range is one of our most popular and versatile ranges of electric side entry steps for taxis, accessible vehicles, ambulances and many other specialist vehicles. Featuring an extremely slim cassette profile with a height of just 46mm, the SLE is the ideal step for vehicles with low ground clearance.

Features:

Typically the step is set up to automatically extend when the door is opened and retract when the door is closed, but it can also be operated solely by the driver. The fully automatic control can be switched off via a dashboard isolator switch in the stowed or extended position. The red light in the dashboard flashes to indicate to the driver that the step is not stowed and, as a fail-safe, the step can be wired to stow when the handbrake is released.
