The possibilities of efficient cargo securing for cars and transporters have not changed fundamentally with the introduction of airline tracks in the transport sector. Cloned from the field of aviation, airline tracks not only withstand enormous temperature and pressure differences, but also defy adverse conditions and track-related turbulence.
Airline tracks impress with their enormously light weight in relation to their lashing strength.
The all-rounders in the field of cargo securing also enable a wide range of combination options. Airline lashing tracks are also available as light profiles, for example. Fittings, lashing straps and shoring beams allow individual securing depending on the goods to be transported. Regardless of whether it is a transporter or a car, airline tracks can be integrated into almost any vehicle. We also have exclusive airline tracks with or without powder coating in our range.
Airline tracks are not only visually appealing and can be used reliably, they are also considered an inexpensive alternative compared to other transport safety systems.
Tracks with pins are perfect for horizontal mounting due to the orientation of their bars. This type of lashing track serves as an optimal supplement to the actual cargo securing equipment. Supplemented with lashing straps, it provides effective protection and ensures even more safety when transporting sensitive goods.
Tracks with pins with rubber edging protect rail and load from damage equally effectively. In particular, the load is perfectly secured against slipping and sliding away with this technology. This functionality is particularly practical for removals and when you are transporting sensitive loads such as furniture. The cheaper alternative is the track with pins without rubber coating.
Tension straps with suitably sewn end fittings can be used to secure the load. Alternatively, the use of individual end fittings is also possible. However, these should be used in combination with single-part tension straps or two-part lashing straps with hooks.
Known as a classic in the field of transport safety, they can still be found installed in numerous transports, trailers or luggage compartments. We are referring to the anchor combi lashing track. Made of aluminium or galvanised steel, it is combined with shoring beams, lashing straps and end fittings in the area of transport securing.
